Shipping policy

At CrystalsByEmma, every order is carefully packaged with love and attention to ensure your beautiful crystals arrive safely at their new home.

UK Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following UK delivery options through Royal Mail:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £5.00
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £6.00
  • Free UK Shipping: On orders over £100.

Please note that delivery estimates begin once your parcel has been dispatched, not from the date your order was placed.

Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. As a small independent business, processing times may vary depending on order volumes, live sales and themed collection launches.

You will receive a dispatch notification once your order is on its way.

Open Box Orders

We offer an Open Box service for customers who wish to combine multiple purchases into one parcel and save on postage.

  • Use code OPEN at checkout to keep your box open and remove shipping charges.
  • You can continue adding items to your Open Box through future purchases and live sales.
  • When you’re ready to receive your items, simply close your box and arrange delivery.
  • Use code 100CLOSE when eligible to close your box with free shipping.

Please note that items held in an Open Box will not be dispatched until the box has been closed and any applicable shipping costs have been paid.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail delivery estimates are:

  • Tracked 24: Usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  • Tracked 48: Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to Royal Mail operations, bank holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

We will work with Royal Mail to resolve any delivery issues and ensure your order is handled appropriately.

Damaged Parcels

We take great care when packaging our crystals. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photographs & videos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend the delivery address.
