5. Orders

  • We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
  • A full refund will be issued if we cancel your order


6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs
  • Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery is confirmed


7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Any items marked as non-returnable

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels

Lost Parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us
  • We will investigate with the courier
