Please read these rules if you are going to attend one of my live sales in the future. It’s important you read and understand these before joining, claiming & purchasing.
When doing a Restock Live I will show each item one by one. Please use the code & price to claim that piece. If any claims come through without the correct letter and price, the next person in line on my screen will get that crystal. Remember everyones phone will show your own comment first on your screen however it is always different on my screen.
I will accumulate your claims into a basket with your name on. If it is your first time purchasing from me you must pay before you leave the live. If failed to do so I will put your claims back up for sale before the live ends. For exisiting customers I will add your total to my website and you will have 24 hours to pay. If you don’t pay within 24 hours, I will contact you to remind you of payment. Your claims will go back up for sale if you do not respond to my reminder message.
Any hate speech, racism, homophobia or any other abuse at another person in my chat will be banned permanently by a moderator.

I only accept put backs or swaps when I am still live. As soon as the live is over I don’t allow this.
New customers first transaction will need to be paid for before you leave the live. Everyone else gets 24 hours. If returning customers need longer please let me know asap.. I can give up to an extra week.
I do also accept PayPal privately if that’s a preferred method of payment please message me on either TikTok or Instagram to arrange this.
