Postage & Delivery
Under £100 you can choose from the following:
Tracked 48 for £4.00 - This will take up to 48 hours to be delivered after it’s been posted and you will receive delivery updates through SMS or email.
Tracked 24 for £5.00 - Same as tracked 48 but will take up to 24 hours after posted.
Between £100-£200:
Postage is free and your order will be sent out using 24 hours tracked.
Over £200:
Postage is free and your order will be sent out using Special Next Day Delivery - This will need a signature upon arrival.
The appropriate insurance will be paid for if your parcel exceeds £500. This will be paid for by myself.
If your delivery has taken longer than the specified time above please email me with your tracking number and order number so I can look into this for you with Royal Mail.
Please choose your delivery option at your own risk. Expect delays due to Covid, strikes, bank holidays, other holidays or weather disturbances.
CrystalsByEmma take no responsibility if your mail has been delivered but claimed to have ‘gone missing’ or claimed it has ‘not been delivered’. We have tracking and proof your parcel was delivered therefore once it’s delivered - it is your responsibility to receive it or leave in a safe place.
We are happy to help with enquiries to Royal Mail about your parcel but no refunds will be given if you claim the above has occurred.
